The prices above are guide prices only, based on full occupancy per week. The actual price will depend on the number of people staying, the time of year, and the length of your stay.

Special events (golf events, Edinburgh festival, Ayr Bowling week) the average price is 50gbp/pppn.

Wi-Fi is free and unlimited in all properties.

Reductions are available for stays of more than 2 weeks or late availability.

Additional Charges:

• Pets are charged at £40 per stay for medium/large pets, £30 for small.
• Energy costs (Oct-Apr) will be charged based on usage.
