We have several family-friendly courtyard cottages suitable for babies and children within walking distance of Ayr and Prestwick in the West Coast of Ayrshire, Scotland.

In the sitting rooms, you will find that all ages and abilities are catered for with sofas, supportive armchairs, and chairs for children.  We also make sure our family-friendly properties include a small library, some games, and toys. Lots of baby equipment, including a high-low chair, travel cot, car seat, McLaren pushchair and more, is available on request.

Walled gardens – Woodcroft, Dairy, Church & Garden Cottage all have private enclosed gardens.

Off-road, spacious parking helps with unloading cots, bikes and children safely.

Convenient Location – Our cottages are a short 10-minute scoot or bike to the seafront, where families of all ages can either enjoy a walk along the beach or the promenade with prams, scooters, and bikes. A great trip is to cycle to the Ayr front play park and have a homemade Italian ice cream as a treat – try the Iron  Bru flavor!!!!

Or a short walk to Belleile Park brings you to another super woodland play park, which is protected by trees for those windy days.
